Hi, go to the Canadian Genealogy Centre and choose topics, then
immigration. There are microfilms there (part of Library and Archives
Canada), but starting in 1865 on. There are few lists between 1810 and
1860 on microfilm there to my knowledge.

This address takes you to Quebec 1865-69 (index available on microfilm by
surname range and year) :
http://www.collectionscanada.ca/genealogy/022-908.003.01-e.html

and this one to the microfilms with the chronologically arranged passenger
manifests:

I'm not sure if these are on the www.familysearch.org FHLC, but you might
want to check. Searching the manifests directly without a very specific
month and year can be gruelling. Hopefully they will all eventually be
indexed with a searchable online database that takes you directly to the
right manifest.
