Subject: Jean Connor marriage

Hello Everyone
I am looking for a marriage between Jean (John) Connor
(O'Connor) and Marguerite DeVilleraye (dit name
Caneld)about 1770-1790 in Quebec City. Jean died at
Hotel Dieu Hospital in Quebec 2-14-1814 so I would
guess they lived in that area. What would be the
closest Catholic church in that area ?
"Jean" was probably John Connor, an Irishman, who
became "Jean" when he married a Frenchwoman. He was a
cordonnier which I think is a shoemaker. Are there
any city directories or censuses for Quebec City that
might show an address for the Connors and his
shoemaking business ?
Thanks for all replies.
