Subject: Headings on Best Bill Responses

On my computer any response from Best Bill, (the "Best in the West") comes
through without the names of the people covered in the response shown on the
subject line. Instead, I get something like "05 (405 bytes) msg (2KB)".
That makes it difficult to determine whether I should open the message, so
most of the time I do not, due to lack of time to read everything. If I do
open the message, the underlying message from Best Bill actually does
contain the appropriate subject line. Is there something about the settings
on my computer that causes this, or do messages from Best Bill appear that
way to everyone? If this results from something within Rootsweb, can
anything be done to change it?
