1881 Canada Census this is the only family in listed in Quebec for
"Cauthers"

Perhaps the girls married before the 1901 Census as it does not show any
persons in Quebec with surname of Cauthers. The 1901 Census for Ontario
shows a few with that surname but none of the above persons.
