U.S. AMBASSADOR TO CANADA SUGGESTS PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS COULD EASE
David Wilkins, the new U.S. ambassador to Canada, says there could be
changes to proposed rules requiring Canadians to show passports at the
border by 2008.
