From reading the other messages, and some other web sites, it seems I
probably
did get both vaccines. What I really remember is dreading going to
the same place to
get another shot, and being surprised to find it was a sugar cube the
next time around.
Since there were no other vaccines that were given this way, I
probably did get both
types of vaccine.

My husband is the same age as me, but grew up in Chicago. He
remembers getting
a shot, then sometime later, "pink liquid in a little cup"

Like Dave, since I can't remember what I did 10 minutes ago, I'm
surprised I remember
this, since I was only 4 and 5 at the time....
