came through to the list, (left justified), I was reading it that André dit
Jean's adopted mother was Jeanne PAQUET. Since that did not agree with PRDH
I looked at it directly in http://www.grandesfamilles.org/alpha.html . On
that web page the indentation makes it much clearer that they aren't naming
his adoptive mother at all and that Jeanne PAQUET m. Jean PARADIS.
I certainly am not blaming you for my temporary confusion. By saying "adopté
par René Siret" I was expecting to find both parents.
