Hi,

I am doing a second attempt to see if anybody has come across these persons
during the last year. I am still stuck with my Robert Barry/ Berry/ Burry.

While doing more research, I came across a Richard Barry (son of Antoine &
Elizabeth Dermon from Ireland) married to Charlotte Dumontet in La Prairie,
Quebec on Nov. 5th. 1759. I do not know why, but I have a strange feeling
about this couple. Could they be the grand-parents to my Robert Barry
marrying Rose Duquette? What would be the missing link?

By the way, I cannot find the date and the marriage location for my Robert
Barry and Rose Duquette (see posting below for their daughter Julia/ Julia
Berry).

Anybody can help?

Hi,

I am really stuck with the following family name: Berry/Barry/Burry.


Michel Lavoie married Julie Berry in St-Bernard de Lacolle on April 2nd
1858.

Michel is the son of Alexis Lavoie and Sophie Masse (St-Luc, Quebec on Sept.
23rd 1823).

Julie is the daughter of Robert Barry/Burry/Berry and Rose Duquette.


The familly names Berry/Burry are not really frequent in Quebec. These
family names could have been phonetically modified.


I am looking for the parents and marriage of Robert Burry and Rose Duquette.

Anyone could Help?
