I am trying to find out more about one of my grandfather's brothers. His name
was Thadee Rouleau. He was born 9/7/1833 in St. Anne La Pocatierre, QB,
married Eloise Beaulieu at St. Pierre de Sorel, May 28, 1867, and is said to have
been in Philadelphia Pa soon afterward, but I cannot find a record of him
there. Does he have another given name? I can find a Frand Rouleau there with
almost same birth and marriage dates, and wife Ellyse instead of Eloise. Could be
same person? what name would Thadee be in English? Can anyone find his
baptismal record?
