Can someone answer a question for me re" Loiselle file? I have a copy of a
record in that file that lists a marriage, I believe(I don't read or speak
French). At the left side of the paragraph is B.199, and the name Jean Baptiste
Rouleau. the paragraph is signed by
Louis Beaulieu and M. Piette? This second name not very clear. I am more
interested in the Louis Beaulieu, anyway. Why would he have signed this paper?
Is he related in some way to the person named? A person with this name shows
up much later in Baltimore Md. as a partner with my husband's grandfather,
building organs.
