OBITUARY OF EUGENE ETHIER, extracted by Eileen Horan, from the Prince
Albert Daily Herald - Thursday, April 15th 2004 edition:Mr Eugene Fabian
Ethier age 75, of Prince Albert, passed away suddenly on Easter Monday,
April 12th 2004. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday,
April 16th 2004, from River Park Memorial Chapel. Father Clifford
Tremblay will officiate. Eugene was born November 23rd 1928, in Wakaw,
and was a barber by trade. He loved people and fishing. He will be
missed by his family and his very many friends.
The late Mr Ethier is survived by: his three brothers: Norman (Sonia] of
Winnipeg MB., Clarence [Madeleine] of Prince Albert, and Danny of
Mission B.C.; his sister, Laura Kustaki, of Wakaw; his brother in-law &
sister in-law, Hubert (Irene] Houle of Prince Albert; as well as
numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Yvette [nee Houle], on February 27th
1989; his parents: Alex in 1991 & Camille [nee Guillet] in 1980; his
grandparents, Remi & Josephine Ethier; his brother, Andy; his sister &
brother in-law, Georgine [Orphir] Tessier; as well as numerous aunts and
uncles.
Cremation will take place, following the funeral service, with a private
family interment of cremated remains in the Garden of Sermon on the
Mount, Prince Albert Memorial Gardens. It is the family's request that,
in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and
Stroke Foundation. Arrangements entrusted to the care of River Park
