Riviere-Ouelle - Certificate 203344. I double-checked this death
certificate and the dates are correct as stated, even though death and
burial were two months apart.
Since Quebec City fell to the British on 13 September 1759 after a long
siege, and the countryside as well as the city had been devastated, it's not
surprising the burial took place late.
