Here's another question...

P.R.D.H. responded with:
"You are right : Marie-Josephe married twice, to Charles Audy and then to
Alexis Cloutier. In her marriage to Alexis Cloutier, instead of being
identified as the widow of Charles Audy, she was identified as the daughter
of.. This is why we considered her to be single at that time. But we have
the death of Charles Audy 1793-11-08 at La-Baie-du-Febvre and her own death
in 1831 in Nicolet, widow of Alexis Cloutier, "aged 90". All this concurs."

But if Marie Josephe VACHER-LACERTE was 90 when she died and she was born on
Sep 27 1749 then her death year would have to be 1840/41 and not 1831.
Typo maybe?

clarification. Below are the two email transactions which might be of

RAB, I can only find one Josephe, born Sept 27, 1749 at Trois Riviers,
certificate 180908. There is no certificate for a second Josephe Vacher nor
Josephe Lacerte.
