Dec. 3, 1911 -- Jan. 30, 2004




PUTNAM -- Jeannette E. "Jane" Beauregard, 92, formerly of Putnam, died
Friday morning at the Douglas Manor in Windham Center where she had been a
resident since 1996.
She was born in Putnam on December 3, 1911, a daughter of the late Joseph G.
and Leonie (Perras) Beauregard.
Ms. Beauregard worked for a time at the former Belding Hemingway Company in
Putnam; however, most of her life revolved around caring for and loving her
family. A woman of deep faith, she was a communicant of Saint Mary Church in
Putnam and was a former member of the Ste. Anne Society. Jane also enjoyed
spending her time knitting and crocheting.
She leaves 1 sister, Florida Beauregard of Windham, as well as many nieces
and nephews. She was predeceased by 3 brothers, Henry, Gerard and Albert
Beauregard, and 3 sisters, Mathilda Brousseau, Blanche LaRocque and Dora
Gerardi.
The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Saint Mary Church of
the Visitation, 218 Providence Street, Putnam. Burial will follow in Saint
Mary Cemetery. Calling hours at the Gilman Funeral Home, 104 Church Street,
Putnam will be Tuesday morning from 10-10:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made in Jane's memory to Saint Mary Church or to Douglas
