BERTRAND R. CORRIVEAU - Woonsocket

BERTRAND R. CORRIVEAU, 81, of 10 Rhodes Ave., North Smithfield, formerly of
the St. Germain Manor, a retired service-station owner, died yesterday in
the St. Antoine Residence.
He was the husband of the late Estelle A. (Lemoine) Corriveau. Born in
Woonsocket, a son of the late Henri and Anna (Tessier) Corriveau, he had
lived in Woonsocket most of his life before moving to North Smithfield.
Mr. Corriveau had been the owner and operator of the former Bert's Texaco
service station, on Social Street, for 22 years before retiring.
He was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans, and a member of the
former Manville Post.
He leaves two sons, Robert L. and Roger P. Corriveau, both of Blackstone,
Mass.; a daughter, Estelle D. Corriveau, and a brother, Robert Corriveau,
both of Cumberland; and six grandchildren and a great-grandchild. He was the
brother of the late Lionel and Donald Corriveau.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 8 a.m. from Egidio DiPardo and Sons
Funeral Home, 75 Harris Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 in All
Saints Church, Rathbun Street. Burial will follow in Precious Blood
Cemetery, Blackstone.
