Yeah, that's poutine Quebec-style!
But nowadays, poutine has become more elaborated:
Basic poutine, but with pepperoni, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms
-- all fried. Sometimes with bacon too. Of course
one
cannot be affraid of gaining many inches to the waist!! ;-) The best
poutine is probably ones served at Mont-Royal Hot-Dog
on
Mont-Royal avenue in Montreal. So sinful!! ;-)
Oh, and while you're at it: Italian poutine is great too! It's fries,
curd cheese and all covered with italian meat sauce.
