I'm still hoping to find a MASON connection to my Joseph Timothy MASON born
7 May 1870, possibly in Lachute. He married Melinda Bigelow June 1, 1887
and died in the early 1900s.

I suspect the name was once Masson. He was probably born a Catholic but
died Protestant.
