Snchause ??
Here is what I found in a 1905 Fren-Eng dictionary:
Snchause: Seneschal's jurisdiction; seneschal's court.
a "snchal" is an officer of the royal justice

In an English dictionary
Seneschal: the steward of a medieval great house.
Hope this will help
Rene

I hope someone can explain this term.

Thank you.

Patrick
