Yes, it is and I can confirm now that the church did not exist in 1657, the
marriage was in the St. Joseph's chapel but this was considered the parish
of ND anyway. The ledger was transferred from the Ville Marie fort chapel
(1642 to 1657) to the hospital chapel (1657 to 1683) to the first ND church
(1683 to 1823) and finally to the present basilica.

Hello Tom .... I have a copy of the Marriage Repertoire of Notre Dame,
Montreal Vol. 1 covers 1642 - 1850. It lists this marriage:
Jacques LAPORTE-ST.GEORGES (Jacques & M. HAMELIN),
m. 3 Sept. 1657, Nicole DUCHESNE (Francois & Marie NOLET)
