I don't know that there's anything "authoritative" (like the PRDH) available
online for post-1800 info (I'll assume you are talking about Québec
records). There is, for example, the "Banque centrale" on the CGFA (Le
Centre de généalogie francophone d'Amérique) web site (www.genealogie.org),
but that's merely comprised of a collection of personal GEDCOM files. I've
used them, as I have used the data on personal web pages, to help point me
to where I could look for the source record. As to the PRDH, I've heard
that they are working on something beyond 1799, but I don't know the details
or when that might be available.
