This message is for Best Bill and/or anyone else who can answer this
question for me. But first, a comment! I've been away from this list for
sometime, working on non-French ancestors.....gosh it's good to be
back......what a FUN and busy list.
Now the question! My ggrandfather was FLORENT LAMBERT, son of ETIENNE
LAMBERT and MAGDELEINE MARTINEAU. Some time ago I requested the names of
ETIENNE'S parents and was told that they were PIERRE LAMBERT and MARIE
LOUISE BOUTRET. I have only recently found the web site of Keith Lambert
which states that ETIENNE'S parents were LOUIS JOSEPH LAMBERT and MARIE
THERESE FRONTIGNY. Can anyone verify either couple for me? There are way
too many Etiennes and Pierres in the LAMBERT families for my poor brain to
compute. I really do need help. Thanks in advance and keep up the great
