I searched the obituaries of STANDARD-TTIMES in New Bedford, MA. This is what
came up. Don't know if it's the same family.

PLYMOUTH -- Norman Thibault, 71, of Plymouth, died May 3, 1997. He was the
husband of Juliette (Lapre) Thibault and son of the late Joseph Thibault and
Aurore (Bourke) Thibault.
He was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include his widow; six sons, Reginald E. Thibault of Hartford,
Conn., Marc Thibault of Security, Colo., Gerald Thibault of Skowhegan, Maine,
Charles Thibault of Bristol, Conn., Louis Thibault of Melbourne, Fla. and
John Thibault of Fall River; three daughters, Lucille Padilla of Seboyeta,
N.M., Pauline Barbour of Pasadena, Md. and Marie Louise Thibault of N.
Hollywood, Calif., three sisters, Dot LeBlanc of Swansea, Evelyn McCrohan of
Berkley and Elaine Moniz of Fall River; 18 grandchildren; and two great
grandchildren.
He was the brother of the late Edward and Raymond Thibault, Eva Geary, Irene
Levesque, Rita Fontaine, Beatrice Charland and Bertha Thibault.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on May 17, at the Notre Dame Church
in Fall River.

+BEVERLY, N.J., -- Rene A. Thibault, 65, of Wheatley Avenue died Friday,
Aug. 22, 1997. He was the husband of Henriette (Levesque) Thibault and son of
the late Alphonse and Lumina (Gamache) Thibault.
Mr. Thibault was born in Fall River, Mass.
He was an accountant at Schlesinger Brothers Leather Manufacturing in Berlin
until his retirement in 1994.
Mr. Thibault was a graduate of Providence College; he was a member of St.
Joseph Catholic Church and its financial council, the Knights of Columbus and
was grand knight, district deputy, financial secretary, chapter president and
a 4th-degree knight of the John Tatham Assembly.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, and was awarded the bronze medal
with four stars.
Survivors include his widow; four sons, Marc R. Thibault of Valrico, Fla.,
Robert D. Thibault of Willingboro, Dennis J. Thibault of Palmyra and Rene P.
Thibault of Pennsauken; five daughters, Rachelle Finan of New Albany, Pa.,
Jeanne Thompson of Fallentimber, Pa., Sister Susan Thibault of Frenchville,
Pa., Anne M. Blake of Gibsonia, Pa., and Margaret Thibault of Woodbury; two
sisters, Sister Renee Lillian Thibault of North Providence, R.I., and Irene
Barrette of Fall River, Mass.; 18 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
