Hi Sandy,

This particular character has been very elusive for many people.

What I have is:

Pierre-Agapit (Peter) Ladouceur (Etienne & Angelique RICHER m. 1836 @
St-Benoit, Deux-Montagnes)

m. 12 July 1858 @ St-Francois-Xavier, Manitoba, Canada

Marguerite Fraser (Hugh-Louis Fraser & Cecelia Ogden)

The biggest problem is in trying to prove the ancestry of his father,
Etienne. This Etienne, above, was previously married, on 6 Oct. 1823 to
Agnes aka Nancy WALKER, at St-Andrews' Presbyterian Church, don't know which
one, but in Blue Drouin, no parents are indicated for Etienne!

I have a "dangling without a spouse" Etienne, b. 21 Jan. 1795 @
Ste-Genevieve-de-Pierrefonds, Montreal, Quebec, but can't prove YET that he
is the correct one. One of these days, this mystery will be solved, don't
give up hope.

Linnie
