Hi! Claire and Lina,
I was looking in JETTE whent your message came through and it
has a little more info, I'll write it the way it is:

BERGERON, Francois (Charles, Maitre tailleur de Pierres & Marie Pernelle)
de St-Hilaire-sur-l'Autise (aujourd'hui: St-Hilaire-des-Loges),
ar. Fontenay-le-Comte, ev. Lucon, Poitou (Vendeé)
s 12-05-1726 Louiseville (81 ans); 18 ans au rec. 67, a Beaupre,
domestique de Marc Bareau; confirmé 12-01-16666 L'Ange-Gardien.
m 03-11-1676 Trois-Rivieres (ct 03-09 Ameau) Leclerc, Etienne
(Florent & Marie Gendre) d 18 s 19-04-1715, Louiseville

This may help a little more.

Roch

Charles Bergeron & Marie Pernelle
I have 1650 Champlain, St.Maurice, PQ

PRDH has Charles and Marie marrying bef 12/31/1649 (no location) and a son
François born in France bef 1649 so they couldn't have married in Champlain,
St-Maurice, PQ in 1650..

Charles is not in the list of pioneers for the Bergeron name but François
is.

Claire
