Hello All,
I have not purchased this book, but it sounds interesting. Has anyone on the
list seen it or have it?

The write up says:
"Writing a family story is fun, but writing about ancestors can be
challenging. They are not always found in the times and places we thought
they lived in...which makes getting to know them sometimes elusive. Once you
do, it's a lasting friendship. "Conversations With Ancestors" is a detailed
illustration with over 100 color photos showing how you too can discover your
roots and write about them. He shows how a captivating history can be written
using one family, in this case, the Benoits, one generation after another
from 1643 to our times."

And also:

"If you are a Benoit or related to one, this book is a keepsake. With time,
it may become an heirloom along with the Benoit family story you too may
write. Then again, if you have a friend who has this surname Benoit,
Conversations With Ancestors makes a personal and unique gift. It contains
the Benoit Coat of Arms and a detailed explanation of its symbol and colors
in the Heraldry of Benoit Ancestry. The origin and evolution of the Benoit
name from the 1300s to the 21st century is an inspiration in itself. It also
comes with an interesting fold-out of a Benoit family tree of 89 possible
branches."
