I think this idea is very good. If all of you who have references that can
be looked up than they should all be done they way Bill does his so there
won't be duplicate searched made.

This may be one of the problems. I catch myself doing this all the time. I
go through the E-mails, in order of receipt, and if I see something I can
answer, I just fire away, instead of looking further down the list to see if
it has been answered by someone else. Maybe this happens because I belong to
so many lists, and probably receive over 500 messages per day, to say the
least.................Maybe we should all adopt the same method of answering
queries. such as the subject line, as Best Bill does, that way it would all
be consistent. Just a thought......................Best Bill is the best
thing that has happened to this list. He is always helpful, and unselfishly
devotes many hours to help us all, and deserves to be applauded from the
highest mountain. All he asks is a thank-you. Anyone else have any
thoughts.
