Yes for Short Creek--they are abstracted in volume IV of Hinshaw's Encyclopedia. I believe that they are incomplete--some of the minute books are missing. My understanding is that no records are known at present for Deerfield.

Do any Hicksite meeting records exist for Short Creek MM, Deerfield MM
(? Pennsville MM)?

I have Hallowell, Thompson and Brown ancestors who became Hicksites in
Ohio.

Benjamin and Amy Brown joined Hicksites in 1829 while at Deerfield/
Pennsville
Jane Wells Hallowell joined Hicksites while at Short Creek in 1828.
She then transferred membership to Deerfield Hicksite meeting in 1832.
Ann Thompson Worstell joined Hicksites in 1830 at Short Creek and
later in 1855 takes certificate to Deerfield MM Hicksites.
David Thompson and Jemina Hallowell Thompson joined Hicksites while at
Deerfield in 1829
Mary Ann Wood Thompson may have been a member Deerfield Hicksites,
also. She married out at Deerfield MM in 1843, when she married
Joseph B. Thompson.
