I wonder if anyone can give me answer on this. I have been looking for the
parents of Allen Wiley for years now without success. He was born April 4,
1782. Someone forwarded me a note from the Hinshaw PA Meeting records Kennett MM.
WILEY, 4-11/1782, Allen, dis
I believe this means discharged. My question is do you think there might be
a connection to the birth of Allen and the discharge of Allen. I was thinking
along the lines of maybe an illegit birth.
I am really grasping at straws at this point. I have found a couple of
Allen's but none that even come close to his dob.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
