I have Ruth Dixon, b 10-17-1733 in Chester Co. PA, dau of Thomas Dixon &
Hannah Hadley. She married John Doan 11-25-1756 at Cane Creek MH, Orange
Co. NC. Ruth Dixon Doan died in 1764. I have 3 children listed for them:
Joseph, b 10-23-1759, married Jemima Vestal; Jacob (no other info, he was
dis mou 6-2-1781); Hannah, b 3-6-1764, married Joseph Davis 6-14-1781.

Ruth Dixon Doan is a sister to my husband's "however many" gg
grandfather--Simon Dixon, who married Elizabeth Allen.

I have John Doan's 2nd wife as Elizabeth (Pike) Stuart--another "however
many" gg grandmother of my husband, through her 1st husband, Alexander Pike.
Elizabeth's parents were John Pike & Abigail Overman.
