At the library today I came across Record of PA Marriages Prior to 1810, Vol
II.
Reprinted from PA Archives Vols. VII and IX 1880. Pub. Genealogical Pub. Co.,
Baltimore, 1968.

Marriage Record of the Second Presbyterian Church, Phila, 1763-1812, p. 540:
1785, Oct 24, PENNEL, Jonathan, and Sarah HIBBARD. This is the only PENNEL(L)
listed at this church during this time period.

Does anyone have information about this couple?
Is he either Jonathan the father or Jonathan, Jr. from the line:

2. Joshua & Mary SOMMERS.
3. John & Mary Evans MORGAN.
4. Joshua & Hanah LEWIS.
