Just signed up so forgive any mistakes please!
Grandfather Douglas Reynolds Barritt died 6weeks before Mum was born so have
lost most of the information from that side of the family, but do have some
photos which I would be willing to share, Douglas, Frederick, Emma,
(possibly) Elizabeth Barritt Nee Smith, also some of boy - late 1800's
possibly cousin to Douglas

DOUGLAS REYNOLDS BARRITT born Nottingham 1881 died 1920 Pupil at Ackworth,
a seedsman, worked in Bristol(1901 Census) went to Saskatchewan, Canada
after 1912 with sisters Alice (died), AGNES (married Joe Wake- still have
descendants living in Kindersley and Saskatoon) Constance married Sidney
Skillings in1921, no offspring (I have the marriage Cert with all the
friends names- Westminster and Longford Monthly Meeting)
DOUGLAS returned from Canada met and Married my Grandmother also a
seedsperson in Chester.
Died in South Russia in Army Ordnance Corps, guarding Russian Prisoners,
pushed under a train!

FREDERICK DOUGLAS BARRITT 1851-1912 born Woodbridge, married EMMA REYNOLDS
in Leiston,Suffolk 1881, died in Basford,Nottingham (he was as
Ironmonger,Auctioneer, Incandescent Importer in various Census!)
EMMA REYNOLDS born Spalding, Lincs.1847, died 1912 Nottingham. Siblings -
Walter 1841 -? Susan Jane1842 -? Emma went to Ackworth. Never found with
parents in 1851,1861 or 1871 census!

JAMES BARRITT 1811-1891 Woodbridge - Master Confectioner (possibly born in
Guildford)
married twice - both Elizabeths- Bolton and Smith

CORNELIUS BARRITT (1781 - 1855) Woodbridge - confectioner- married Rachel
Roberts (1777 - 1829)

CHARLES BARRITT(1737 - 1825) m Hannah DIX (1740 - 1811)

JOHN REYNOLDS born abt 1806 Silversmith and Watchmaker married SUSANNAH
NEAVE in Spalding in 1839. Both in 1841 Census with son Walter, but not
found after that! What happened?

NEAVES from Fordingbridg, Hants?

It would be great if anyone had connections with me. Heres hoping!
