DuuuH!!! OK, Muriel, - It's late; I'm tired, and I've been sitting here for
10 minutes trying to think about this logically, and absolutely nothing is
registering. So, - what the heck, - I'll ask what for sure must be a dumb
question. "How can a Census be transcribed 100.02%, as opposed to being 100%
complete?"

And PS, - you definitely are "not" nagging. You rate somewhere up there
along with "St. Sheila of The Point".
