To all who desire census records released:-

Those with a Quebec address are needed to ask all listed as
Senators for their support re Senator Lorna Milne's Bill S-12.

Support is needed first in the Senate where the first vote will
be held -- the above does not look very promising!!!

We all know that Quebec has many resources and records,
many dating way back -- but Canadians from coast to coast are
asking for your assistance.

Only two show support: Senator Joan Fraser and Senator Pierre
Claude Nolin.

Please note -- I have deliberately not mentioned political parties as I
feel these records are beyond politics -- our heritage and history.

To date ONLY 621 signatures on petitions have been received from
the many residents of Quebec.

IF the members of the Quebec Genealogy Society each signed
one huge petition, we would have about 11,000 signatures from
ONE province.

I like surprises -- petitions from Quebec would be very welcome!

Reason:- OTTAWA likes numbers -- these prove support!
