I am looking for information re: city or birth place of the following:

Joseph Nowitzky (sp) b. Feb.5, 1775-1776 in Prussia - d. Feb.13, 1844 in
Russia He married Helena Boschmann. I believe his father was a Joseph
Nowitzky as well.

We are led to believe his mother was a Justina von Liechtenstein (nobility)
who had a brother Anton (sp). Both were ostracised from her noble family
because she married a commoner. The dates for Justina would likely be
around 1750's. Any help for me? Thank you so much.
