NEWARK: A Celebration of Life for Debra Poling, 56, of Newark, Ohio will be held at 11 a.m. at Spring Hills Baptist Church, 1820 Newark-Granville Rd., Granville, Ohio, 43023 with Pastor Dan Hill officiating.

Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Logan, Ohio. (Hocking County)

Debbie was a devoted wife and mother. She passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on February 21, 1954 in Circleville, Ohio (Pickaway County) to Shirley Gentzel Taylor and Larry Goodman.

Debbie loved her church, music, the beach, mountains, friends, family and Pumpkin Show. She was a successful Real Estate Appraiser and owner of Appraisal Network. She was also an avid photographer.

Debbie leaves behind her best friend and husband of 30 years, Jeff L. Poling; son, Zachariah L. Poling; mother, Shirley C. Taylor; brother, Darrell; sisters, Sharon Smith and Brenda Sexton; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home, 985 N. 21st St., Newark, OH.(Licking County)

Memorial Contributions can be made to the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Ohio, 4719 Reed Road #150, Columbus, Ohio 43220. September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month.
