Further, if you google SHILL +rolling chairs and then search images you will not only get images, but write ups telling you these chairs were manufactured in Philadelphia by the Shill company for use on the Atlantic City boardwalk. Rolling chairs were very popular on the AC Boardwalk for many years. It looks like there may be a house in the background, which doesn't quite seem like the Boardwalk, but that was before my time, so I'm sure it's possible, or maybe it is a different kind of building (other than a house).

The second and third photo may be from Atlantis City
N.J. because Shill Co had roller chairs their. Try
Goggle to check if Shill Co was only in Atlantis City
