Christine:
In the Akron Ohio paper 1920:
AKRON, O., May 31 - Five persons were killed this morning when a Canton
interurban car crashed into an automobile at Hoover Stop east of here. The
dead are: Eva Hepfer, 21, killed instantly: Albert Rafferty, died at
hospital: Lucinda Darcus, Hoover Stop; two unidentified persons; Katherine
Rafferty cousin of Albert Rafferty, injured. Her leg was broken.
The dead and injured were all occupants in the automobile.
The two unknown dead were later identified as Eleanor Rafferty and Sylvester
Rafferty. Police could not give their ages. The three killed live in
Akron.
Not sure this is the Albert your looking for I also found reference in the
Philadelphia Inquirer 1907-05-12
Albert Rafferty and Margaret Holet's marriage license.
