Maybe the street name changed as happened to many of us.

I see an
Oxford Street renamed to 71st Street W of Valley Street 24th Ward 1870
Oxford Street renamed to Kinsey Street from Frankford St to Phila & Trenton
RR, Frankford Dist, 23rd Ward, 1913
Oxford Street renamed to Milnor Street, Tacony Dist, 23rd ard.
