Andy,
The name SEIP or SEIB is one that is somewhat well known. I have
reason to think it was not primarily in Philadelphia. I have a fair
number of this name that I am sending you as a genealogy report. I
do not see your August, but it is quite possibly he would tie in
somewhere with these. Look for the report in the next letter, to
follow immediately.
