Hi All,
Help!!!! I can't seem to get anywhere with my research on my husband's
family. I've been going the City Directory route trying to follow the family,
but I'm haveing trouble. Seems like there are two familys living in
different parts of the city with the same names. Not sure which is mine. I am
census challenged. I believe the John Trout I'm looking for lived at 1135
Myrtle St. in 1860. Myrtle is east of Broad St. North of Fairmount St. south
of W. Girard Ave. and west of 10th. What ward would that be?, and would
anyone know what film I would have to order to search that area? I haven't
had any luck whenever I've searched census.
He should be about 37, married to Elizabeth and having children: Anna 15,
John 12, Edward 10, Joseph 8, Ida 6, Caroline 4, George 2 & baby Albert.
Any help would be appreciated.
Edna
