Howard,
When I followed Lani's directions and click on the link, a box appears in
which you are to enter the name you're searching. From what I can tell, it'd
be Java-generated. So my guess is that your browser does not read Java
script. The fix could be as simple as an update to your browser file, if one
is available (usually you can download them from the browser's home site) or
switching to a Java-enabled brower. See if that helps.
