Hi everyone,

My notes tell me that both HSP and the City Archives in Philly have marriage
and death records for the period I'm looking for. Does anyone know if either
facility is better when it comes to searching these? I've been to both
places, and I know that PCA is a 2-step process for finding the marriage. Is
HSP's microfilm of these the same thing that PCA has?
