DEAN-WILSON.- On the 18th inst., by the Rev. Edgar
M. Levy, D.D., assisted by the Rev. Dr. Dowling, John
D. Dean, of New York, to Josephine B., daughter of
W.D. Wilson, Esq., of Newark, N.J.

HORN-JONES.- On the 13th inst., in the Cathedral of
Our Merciful Savior, at Faribault, Minn., by the Right
Rev. Henry B. Whipple, D.D., Bishop of Minnesota,
John Horn, Jr., of Philadelphia, Pa., to Lavinia
Wright Jones, daughter of the late Hon. Benjamin
Wright, of Jefferson county, New York.

NORTH-ROBBINS. -On the 18th inst., at the Church
of the Atonement, by the Rev. Benjamin Watson, D.D.,
Rector, assisted by the Rev. E.Y. Buchanan and Rev. J.
B. Clemson, D.D., Mr. George H. north to Miss
Hattie J., daughter of Charles Robbins, Esq., all of this
city.


DIED.

ALLEN.- In New Orleans, on the 13th of October,
Alexander Allen, a native of this city, but for
many years a resident of Pointe Couree [I think that is right],
Louisiana.

AYERS. -At Walnut Hill, near Holmesburg, Hiram
Ayers, in the 76th year of his age.
His relatives and friends are invited to attend the
funeral services, at the Presbyterian Church at Abington,
to-day, at 12 o'clock. [This is my relation. Name should
be spelt AYRES. When he was alive, he listed his wife as
AYRES, and himself as AYRES, and almost everywhere else
he is listed as AYRES!!!]

BOHANSEN.- On the 17th inst., Catharine, wife
wife [sic] of Patrick Bohansen, in the 36th year of yer age.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully
invited to attend her funeral, from the residence of her
husband, No. 2149 Lombard street, this (Thursday) morning,
at 8-1/2 o'clock. High Mass at St. Patrick's Church.
Interment at Cathedral Cemetery.

ECKEL.- On the 18th inst., Henrietta, wife of
Charles Eckel, aged 28 years, 3 months and 4 days.
The relatives and friends are respectfully
invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of her
husband, No. 2058 N. Second street, this (Thursday) afternoon
at 1 o'clock.

GALBRAITH.- On the 18th inst., William K., son of
Marion E. and the late F.G. Galbraith, aged 3 years and
5 [may say 6, but I believe it is 5] months.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully
invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of his
grandparents, No. 2103 Summer street, this (Thursday)
afternoon, at 3 o'clock.

HEYWOOD.- On the 15th inst., Charles Henry,
eldest son of Samuel and Jane Heywood.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully
invited to attend the funeral service, at the residence
of his parents, No. 1445 N. Sixth street, this (Thursday)
morning, at 8-1/2 o'clock. Interment at Wilmington, Del.

JACOBY.- On the 18th inst., Susanna, wife of the
late Samuel Jacoby, aged 82 6ears.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully
invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of her
daughter, Mrs. Catharine Martin, Jacoby street, below
Green, Norristown, on Friday morning, the 21st inst., at
10 o'clock.

JAMES.- On the 18th inst., Mrs. Catharine James,
relict of the late Thomas James, aged 100 years 1 month
and 10 days.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully
invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of her
son, John Stinson, Moyamensing avenue, below Broad
street, this (Thursday) afternoon, at 2 o'clock.
To proceed to Philanthropic Cemetery.

KELTER.- On the 17th inst., Emma Louisa, only
child of James E. and Emma Kelter, aged 4 years.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully
invited to attend the funeral from her parents' residence,
No. 1111 Evans street, this (Thursday) afternoon,
at 2 o'clock.

MARTIN.- On the 18th inst., Bessie Martin, aged 40 years.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully
invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of James
Dalton, Forth-seventh and Aspen streets, below Lancaster
avenue, this (Thursday) afternoon, at 3 o'clock.
Interment at Cathedral Cemetery.

MISKEY.- On October 17, of pneumonia, Charles K.
Miskey, aged 30 years.
The relatives and friends of the family are respectfully
invited to attend the funeral, from the residence of his
father, Tulpehocken street, Germantown, this (Thursday)
afternoon, at 2 o'clock. To proceed to Laurel Hill.

obituaries, etc., in this day of the Inquirer. It is
what my xerox from the Free Library shows. Thanks again
