Someone just emailed the Philly-Roots list with this surname. I read the
email, but had never picked up a YARNALL, so I "deleted". I then picked up
an 1877 map of Montgomery Co. on which is listed "Engardtown Road". All
those tiny surnames and the first one I saw was YARNALL (and that is the way
it is spelled). She appears to be living right behind where Philip ENGARD
had been living from 1755 until all the land passed out of the ENGARD hands.

Mary YARNALL is right next door to John HULL who is next door to Chas. T.
AIMAN who is next door to C. VAN WINKLE.

On the other side of YARNELL is McAFEE & DAVIS, the latter being at the
corner (one must be in the ENGARD home) at the corner of Susquehanna and
Engardtown Road. The latter is presently Fort Washington Road/Avenue/Street.
