The Franklin Institute is at 20th and Race.
The Hi-Speed Line from NJ will let you off at 16th and Locust, I
think.
Walk 4 blocks to 20th and 6 blocks north to the Franklin Institute.
You really can't take the subway there.

I hate to post a non-genealogy post. So I have thought of how I
can mention what I wish to ask and include a genealogical thought!
First, I hope to go to the Franklin Institute. I used to have a
membership.
Can anyone tell me, if I take the Hi-Speed Line, where I get off,
how I catch the subway, where I get off, and how many blocks I
have to walk?
Now! That yearbook of 1906 from Friends' Central High School...
It listed a W. Ayres as alternate, etc. for a couple of sports.
This must surely be my illusive Great-Uncle, Wayne Egbert AYRES.
He was three years younger than his brother. Old enough to be
in the school, but not in the graduating pictures. In fact, I
think I have two pictures of him in the 1906 book, but they do
not take the time to match the pictures with the names! I will
contact Mr. Clayton Farraday, and see if he sees him in the 1908
yearbook! Please help me if you can in finding any reference to
Wayne Egbert AYRES. Born August 11, 1889. I already know the
pittance that is in LDS Online (not to knock it, but I already
know it, so I don't want anyone bothering to look it up there.).
I surely would appreciate it, believe me! I have reason to think
he was married to my Aunt Nellie, but I can't find her either!
