I have recently located many relatives who I need to obtain death
certificates for from the State.

I need some advice on the best way to do this for say 12 people.

Do I send a letter and check for each person, or should I fax all 12 at
once with a visa number?

I sent a letter for 2 people and only had one envelope with one thirty two
cent stamp.
Will that take longer to get back than if I had done each separately. Will
I ever get it back?

Should each request be on a separate letter? Do the results come faster by
fax?

Please be gentle, I am a beginner.
