According to the Inquirer article, the only true gravestone is the
one over the grave of the "Boy in the Box" which was erected by the
policemen who investigated the case. I'm quoting here from the
article about the markings on the other graves:

"All the graves except one are marked with small concrete, numbered
blocks that are set flush to the ground and disappear from view with
the first growth of grass and, often, weeds after the burial."
