My grandmother was also buried at Holy Cross cemetery. I believe Yaedon was
once a part of Philly. I wrote to the cemetery and they forwarded my request
to the Archdiocese of Phila. (very helpful people) and they mailed me the
info on plot number and date of interment. Someone also kindly pencilled in
the age of the people in the grave and based on the age we came up with a
guess date of year of birth to put on gravestone (it was an unmarked grave).
They did not provide any other info and I have sent for the death certs for
that. I am hoping it will provide a birth date and place so I can proceed
further in my search.
