This is what I got also, so I sent for the death certs, but still have not
rec'd them after four months!! Supposedly the certs will have the info you
are looking for. Perhaps you would do better to send to the state, I sent
direct to the City Archives enclosing a copy of the cemetery info,
instructions on the phone where to sent $9 for each cert ordered. (It is $9
for each 3 months searched). Perhaps someone can tell us it is normal to
wait this long.
