Hi Judy,

Thanks for the info. Margaret Ida Peto was my maternal grandmother. She married James Edgington and settled in Shere. They had 5 children: Margaret (my mother), George, William, Bernie, and Annie (died very young).

I'm very new at doing my mother's family and have found it difficult to obtain information further back than what I have given.

My cousins who live in Peaslake, Gomshal, Godalming, Shere have info on the Edgington family.

All help is appreciated.
